Shipping

We ship priority mail on all items.  Since most items are original, custom work, it will take at least 5 days of receipt of order to ship out and 7-10 days for delivery.  Other custom orders may take up to 3 weeks to produce and then will take 7-10 business days for priority delivery.  Please place orders ahead of time to meet any deadlines or special occasions such as birthdays.

You may log into your account to see the status of your order.  Additionally, you will receive an email update when your order is being processed and another email when your order is being shipped.  Please feel free to use our contact form if you have any questions.

Returns

We accept returns in new condition with 14 days of receipt of item.  Items must be unused in its original packaging. 

Customers must contact customer service via our contact form or via phone to receive an authorization for returns.
